Payment through Apple Store not showing in app

Introduction

To resolve this issue, follow our step by step guide described below:

Please make sure you already have an account on SaferVPN before beginning the guide:

  1. Launch the SaferVPN app on your device and enter your SaferVPN Username & Password to login into your account.

  2. Now go to Upgrades.

  3. Then click on Restore Previous Purchase.

Note: If this does not solve the issue, please send us the transaction ID, as well as the amount you have paid and we will activate your account manually.
