How can I change my SaferVPN Username?

In order to change your username, follow our step by step guide as given below:

A. Submit a Support ticket via Email

  1. Go to the SaferVPN client page, click here.

  2. Click on the Support tab.

  3. Next click on the Open Ticket button.

  4. This will redirect you to a new page where you can fill in the details, see the image below:

    Full Name: Your full Name
    Email: Your Email address
    Question: In this field, you can post your question.
    Details: In this field, you can elaborate the issue that you are facing.

  5. Once you are done, you need to copy support@safervpn.com to your address book or adjust your spam filters to ensure you receive our response.

  6. Now click on the Submit button and our technical team will contact you further.

B. Submit Issue via Chat

  1. Go to the SaferVPN client page, click here.
  2. Click on Support tab.
  3. Now click on the Live Chat button.

  4. Here you can directly chat with our technical staffs, share your bug report to us and get quick assistance, click here.
